Tekletics was founded on a simple but powerful premise: America has the talent to compete globally — it just needed the right training and opportunity. Over the past 10+ years, we've proven that premise correct, saving organizations millions of dollars while building careers for hundreds of American workers.

By partnering with Arizona State University, one of the most innovative universities in the country, we developed a rigorous IT Workforce Training Accelerator Program that produces certified, job-ready professionals across cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and beyond.

A Legacy That Started on the Field

Tekletics has a unique origin tied to the Arizona State University Athletics Department. For decades, ASU's Sun Devil Football program set the bar for record-winning seasons under the rigorous leadership of legendary coach Frank Kush. It was always Kush's belief that with hard work and smart planning, Arizona State could — and should — be number one in the nation.

Though Frank Kush passed in 2017, his philosophy lives on. At a luncheon with three of his former Sun Devil players, Frank discussed the enormous opportunities surrounding Arizona — not just in college sports, but in economic leadership and skilled job creation, where the state has the opportunity to make a game-changing impact that leads the nation.

Former Sun Devil and Tekletics founder Dan Jones took that vision to heart. He began working with Arizona's leading institutions — AZ Tech Council, GPEC, ACA, TREO — and Higher Education leaders from ASU and the local Community College system to solve the state's pressing IT resource shortage. The problem isn't unique to Arizona: at any given time, hundreds of thousands of IT jobs across the U.S. go unfilled, and American corporations are expected to repatriate 10–20% of the 14 million IT jobs currently located offshore.

Tekletics answered that challenge. Through our partnership with ASU/AZNext and the U.S. Department of Labor, our intensive training program produces certified, job-ready engineers — people with a passion for technology who just needed the door opened. We uplift people and communities while giving U.S. clients the chance to save tens of thousands on development costs without the risks of offshore delivery.
